General Description:
“Thermarium” Baeder-Bau GmbH uses two different aroma scent systems: alcoholic and non-alcoholic aroma scents. The two systems have the same effectiveness.

  • The advantages of non-alcoholic aroma scents (emulsion) are definitely the non-combustibility and the cheaper production price and therefore also the more favorable purchase price. It is also not necessary to transports the aroma scent as dangerous goods (aircraft, ship, truck …).
  • The advantage of alcoholic aroma scents is that the essential oils in the solution do not segregate.

Both aroma scent systems have the same effect if they are used and handled correctly.

Cleaning:
The aroma scents are available in disposable containers with a content of 1 liter, 3 liters, or 10 liters. The complete container has to be changed if the aroma scent is changed. The aroma scent line will be rinsed with clear water, if the sucking hose of the pump sucks in clear water. The pump is plugged into a not controlled plug for the duration of the rinsing. The sucking device will also be rinsed with clear water. The new aroma scent will be pumped with the same method, using the by-passing of the controlled plug, to the injection location at the steam line, water line, pool, or supply air line.
Diaphragm pump, clogged pump heads for aroma scents, soap, brine, and chlorine will be rinsed with a lot of water. The lower 6/4 hose at the aroma scent pump head has to be removed and the pump has to be rinsed (until are residues are removed) and cleaned (rinse from the bottom to the top) with the included disposable syringe.

Product Care:
The squeeze hose of the aroma scent hose pumps has to be replaced regularly due to the mechanical wear after the respective time of operation. It is necessary to unplug the pump.
It is necessary to prevent the natural segregation of the main ingredients of non-alcoholic aroma scents, like essential oils, water, and emulsifiers regularly. The canister with the content will be shaken or the content mixed with a mixer. The liquid in the canister has to be evenly unclear; it may in no case have layers with different colors.

Time Interval:
The cleaning has to take place with every change of the aroma scent container.
The aroma scent pump head may be cleaned if necessary.
The product care (hose replacement) has to take place every 5 months.
The product care (segregation) has to take place evry third day.
